It was one of the best experiences that I have ever had, because she’s very passionate about making sure that you were engage, safe, and comfortable in the classes. Tiffeny would engage us on groups to make the exercises fun. She would always tried to make sure that we would have the right form as to not get injure. If you couldn’t do a particular exercise, she would accommodate the participant with another exercise that would be comfortable safe.”

She was always on time, ready to workout, motivating us to push ourselves. The boot camps I signed up for were great and she really worked us hard. She always let us know during the classes, to push ourselves but to only do what you felt you could. I loved the games we did to get our heart rate up, it didn’t feel like work and more like fun instead. Time always went fast with her workouts and we all had great fun and built good relationships with others. Tiffeny Nuti has been training since 2006, after demonstrating the ability to design a workout plan that got her into optimal shape following the birth of her first child. Upon realizing that she possessed a passion for fitness and nutrition, Tiffeny decided to assist others in doing the same by becoming an Ace Certified Personal Trainer. The avid runner, swimmer, and biker has competed in several Triathlons and Half Marathons.
